Once again this year all attendees will be issued a bidder number. When you check in at the registration desk the night of the banquet, you will receive an envelope that will include:
  • bidder number cards for all people included in your registration. You will use this number:
    • on all raffle tickets (write your bidder number before dropping raffle tickets into the buckets)
    • on silent auction bidding sheets
    • on live auction winning bid sheets
  • and, if you purchased pre-event:
    • turkey bucks
    • Special Gun Raffle tickets
    • table gun numbers (1-8) for you to distribute to your table attendees
