You must have a card on file ( which is added during registration ) in order to win a bid on an item, unless you are planning on local pickup through the chapter volunteers. Payment and pickup will be verified. If payment and pickup does not occur within 24 hours of the closing of the event, the next highest bidder will be awarded the item. 

There will be a $20 shipping fee added to each winning amount (can be voided if item is picked up in person, please send an email to ldavis@nwtf.net stating your name and which item you won. In person pickup will be confirmed with local chapter volunteers)
