Florida Axis Cull Buck and Doe Hunt for Two

Florida Axis Cull Buck and Doe Hunt for Two

Item #: 20
This hunt will take place in south Florida on a 3,000-acre private island just one hour south of Orlando airport, with a large population of axis deer that were established 50 years ago. This is a threeday/ two-night hunt in the summer of 2025 and includes: one cull buck and five does per hunter, plus hogs when we see them, all meals, lodging and guide. The axis deer rut is around July 15, so the summer is a great time to get out and work on managing the number of does to keep this herd healthy. Doing something good for the NWTF and taking home a cooler full of the best tasting game meat from North America is definitely a bonus. The island is truly one of a kind with 29 endangered species, including two mammals, two plants, nine reptiles and 16 birds. While on this hunt you will have a chance to see eagles, bison, water buffalo, red stag, zebra, axis deer, fallow deer, sika deer, feral hogs, black buck antelope and Osceola turkeys. Be sure to bring coolers because we’ll quarter all and send you home with the meat. No license needed!
